This can help to restore a smooth energy flow through the body, and help bring clarity and peace. This session lasts about 60 minutes and includes an introduction into the chakras, a short 10 minute guided meditation to get you prepared and into a relaxed state of mind, followed by a 30 minute chakra balance meditation session.
